Refunds 

FULL REFUNDS
A
 Full Refund is only available if requested 2 weeks prior to a camp start day. No request will be accepted after the event has begun. To request a refund, simply email markpricecamps@gmail.com with the subject line “REFUND”.

To be eligible for a full return, you must email markpricecamps@gmail.com 2 weeks prior to the event start date.

PARTIAL REFUNDS & NO REFUNDS
Any refund requests after 2 weeks WILL BE subject to partial or no refund. Any orders made on the last day of open registration are also non-refundable.

Other types of goods that are exempt from being refunded:
- Gift cards

WHY ONLY PARTIAL or NO REFUND
Once a camp is 2 weeks out, we begin getting T-shirts ordered for the campers, hiring additional staff to help assist the camps based on the number of attendees and have admin costs associated with each camp. This is why we require 2 weeks advanced notice for full refunds. Anything later is subject to partial or no refund.

Refund Process
Once your return request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (when applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and emailed (or shipped if applicable) directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed (or mailed if applicable) to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order emailed (or shipped if applicable) to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your refund.
